As the founder and owner of Greystone Regenerative Medicine, Dr. Nathaniel Shober has extensive knowledge of regenerative medicine, the healing power of nature, and treating conditions, such as chronic pain, sports injuries, and mental health conditions, through a variety of modalities. As a naturopathic doctor, Dr. Shober treats patients in and around Concord, NH using a personalized combination of injections, botanicals, ozone, biologics, skin resurfacing, medical lasers, nutriceuticals, and hydrotherapy. He is passionate about regenerative medicine and training other doctors on the clinical use of laser therapy and regenerative injections.
Dr. Shober received his doctorate in naturopathic medicine at Bastyr University in Washington. His undergraduate studies in education and anthropology were completed at Loyola University in Chicago, IL. After Dr. Shober graduated from Loyola University, he taught elementary school in the inner city of Chicago. He was drawn to the mountain wilderness of Washington state and became a park ranger for the National Park Service. He spent several seasons as a ranger at North Cascades National Park and Denali National Park in Alaska where he educated the public on the value of wilderness and natural spaces, fought fires, and patrolled the backcountry. It was during his time spent in the wilderness, studying the medicinal plants of the Northwest, that he became inspired to go to school to become a naturopathic doctor. Dr. Shober is proud to be a member of the New Hampshire Association for Naturopathic Doctors.
Dr. Shober believes that true health is experienced when healthy relationships, meaningful interactions, self-reflection, nutrition, physical movement, and mental and emotional wellness are all a part of one's life. He aims to make sure these foundations are in place to achieve healing. Dr. Shober is interested in treating tick-borne infections, anxiety and depression, chronic fatigue, chronic pain, natural stress relief, weight loss or gain, gastrointestinal illnesses, musculoskeletal injuries, and helping people optimize their athletic performance. His passion is in the field of regenerative medicine through the use of injections, botanicals, ozone, biologics, skin resurfacing, lasers, nutriceuticals, and hydrotherapy. Dr. Shober travels frequently around the country speaking and training doctors at conferences on the clinical use of laser therapy and regenerative injections.
Dr. Shober ran cross country and track at the collegiate level and continues to enjoy various forms of fitness activities, including strength training, cycling, trail running, and hiking. He has two children and loves spending time with them outdoors, gardening, working on DIY projects, and dreaming up entrepreneurial endeavors.
I am so happy to have found Dr. Nathaniel. I have always struggled with acne and scarring. I have tried creams, peels, micro needling, you name it! Wish I would have discovered Greystone Regenerative Medicine sooner. I’m a flight attendant and sitting on the jumpseat all month is brutal. My shoulder and hip are feeling better thanks to the advanced therapies. Once Dr. Shober gets discovered it will be hard to get in!
